Newcomer Paul Janka has taken the seduction community by storm. This guy claims to have slept with over 173 women (he affirms keeping a spreadsheet!) and approached over 10.000 women. Now if you see this guy in action, you start to believe real fast. This guy knows what he's doing and what he's saying. And finally, he's got his own full-fledged book (some years ago he published an 18 pages guide called "Getting Laid in NYC").
"Attraction Formula", his new book, is different to all the other seduction and pickup guides. The main focus is on day game how to approach women on the street, in the supermarket, bookstore etc. So if discos and bars are your favorite spots, this guide isn't for you. But you will be surprised to discover that and WHY Paul Janka doesn't go to discos and bars. And how he still - or rather therefore - manages to have so much success with women.
In contrast to some pickup guides available, Janka gets straight to the point: you won't find long-winded, cold theory, canned pickup lines or even worse some "feel good about yourself so you don't even need go out"-bubble in this book. Instead you get to know what really works in field.
There are no crazy techniques like "peacocking" (basically dressing like a gigolo to stand out/ show off), "negging" (insulting a woman in a playful way) etc. involved. Janka explains the importance of dressing well, but more importantly he clarifies what is much more important than money. If you're looking for deep inner game tips, this probably isn't the right book for you - Attraction Formula is a practical guide. However some points were a bit too general, we were missing more concrete points of advice. Also, if you live in a small city and the only places you can meet women are bars or a club, this guide won't really help you. But at least it will change your attitude towards dealing with women - and this is already a big achievement. The ebook costs 38 USD which is quite fair.
Bottom line: If you're tired of discos and bars and want to discover how to approach and get the number from women in your daily life, you should give this book a try. If you have issues with getting girls naked too fast, please don't buy this book.
P.S. If you buy "Attraction Formula", you also get Paul Janka's previous eBook for free ("Getting Laid in NYC"; it was retitled "5 Points to Meeting Women"). You may remember Dr. Phil quoting Paul Janka:
"Don't fall for women's façade. It's been my experience that women are heavily front-loaded in what they can offer - their value-proposition. - it's from this eBook ("Getting Laid in NYC", now "5 Points to Meeting Women"), that was published in 2005. It covers some of Paul Janka's main ideas, that you will also find in "Attraction Formula". Actually it's even more to the point than "Attraction Formula" where Paul tries to exlain his ideas in more detail. Some of the main points from "5 Steps to Meeting Women" are simply eye-opening (#1, #3, #6, #8) and every man needs to know about them.

I love Paul Janka, he has no fear of approach from videos I've seen. If you play the numbers and work on day game like him you'll get laid alot but I doubt he works very well in club game.

Janka has mad inner game and a style that's optimized for NYC. I've adopted some of his ideas (mid-week day2's, identifying the yes/no/mabye girls, bailing quickly, etc.) but it doesn't all fit for my style of game. If I were in NYC, I'd probably use a lot more of it.

As a true player, Paul Janka has a lot of real world, practical advise on dating multiple girls, as well as what to expect as you dive into this new world. As mentioned above, Paul Janka is somewhat outside 'the community' and because of this he gives some very refreshing insights - he's dated a lot of girls and has made (and learned from) mistakes so you don't have to. Outside of his volume system, here's one of the most powerful parts that I took from The Attraction Formula:
"The degree to which a man is devastated when a relationship ends is equal to the degree to which he has compromised his terms."
Spoken like a true player, because well... he is. :)

I used the guide last night and I got some digits from the hottest girl I have EVER talked to. I just didn't try to have sex with her, which I might have been able to pull off. She was bored outside of the club and I thought, "Oh! Look, she's out of her element," and went in. I was right. :-) I think I'm going to call her up either tonight, if I can't hold off, or tomorrow night for some drinks that night. Thanks!

Downloaded the book and immediately tried it. Just said, "let's meet for a drink", "has to be tonight", "I'm busy all weekend". Picked a spot where we could sit side-by-side. Said virtually nothing about myself; let her do all the talking (which she gladly did). Two drinks later we were in the car headed back to my place...Genius!

just finished the e-book and it had some excellent revelations for me. I have read a lot of PUA material and this seemed to be just a little more "real world" with more step by step procedures than others. But, at the same time, its a system that is much more natural than others. I think the book is really going to help me, get better with women. Thanks.

The book is amazing. Paul really knows how to explain the mindset of a guy who is very successful with women, and I think that is how the book really stands out from the other treatises on the subject. Reading it I can see exactly the limiting beliefs that have been holding me back. I also see how the market is rigged against men being successful with women and it is also clear to me why your contrarian approach is so successful. From now on I am playing by your rules, not society's and I immediately feel liberated!

I was very pleased with the content in the attraction formula package. What I really like is how straight forward and no BS you are. There is no theory, the focus is on what has worked for you in direct experience. You clearly are somewhat who walks the talk and can teach others to do the same. You have really motivated me to get off my ass more and make it happen. I have been approaching much more. Your nonchalanceness is contagious and has really rubbed off on me. Already I am more confident and direct with women. And its great that I don't need to memorize any lines or routines. Thank you very much for sharing your experience-gained wisdom. Takes you from square one to the end game. If you are sick of being bombarded with the BS that is out in the seduction community these days, this material is for you. Follow the system that has been brilliantly articulated here and you will see your success skyrocket. Just internalizing the Mindset has been a major addition to my game. Ignore this advice at your peril.

I laughed out loud at the blunt, unfiltered advice. I don't know that I have the attitude to implement this system... Also, my objectives are a little different (sex, YES - but preferably in the context of a monogamous relationship with a woman). However, there are definitely some nuggets of dating wisdom and some insight into how women think/operate that I think can be adapted to other dating contexts. For example, it dawned on me how true it is about how eating dinner kills romance, and groaned at the thought of how much money I had dropped trying to impress women in the past with dinner, only to come up empty handed. In hindsight, that little tip makes alot of sense, and could have saved me alot of cash. Thanks for the good read!

I have only begun to read the book (page 20) but I can already see the err of my ways and know this book is going to change my life.

Just wanted to tell that I enjoyed the book. The immigration analogy is so true, it's like night and day. I think the book is so good because it isn't filled with bullshit theories and crazy "energy" talk. I think the readers really respect and enjoy the straight forward, practical, and easy to implement advice. I guess the ultimate compliment though is that my game has definitely improved.

For all my dating experience I wasted $10,000 on girls and only slept with 10 would of been cheaper to get better looking hookers. But now after over a year of studying all Game and Paul's Method I can finally equal the playing field and have real equality with a girl.

I just finished reading the book last night:
- Absolutely love the inner game position on the pickup
- Very non-complicated way of dealing with women.
- he completely abandons any chasing whatsoever. If a girl doesn't' want to come to his place before the 'date' he doesn't run after her chasing.
- Get in. Get out. 1-2 minute interaction. Very efficient when you open 300 sets a week and get 40 or so numbers
- Magical double and triple booking: efficient way to save time by scheduling two-three dates per day - I like his idea of mass text. He doesn't call and doesn't spend too much time on individual girl. No wonder his numbers are high
Over all i am not sure how applicable his theory would be in smaller city. My luck i will open and number close two girls on two different days that would happen to be best friends.
I would say it's definitely a great guide.
